Simple guide to sharing internet from TP on laptop?

Is there a simple step by step guide to do this? I've searched a ton on here and just get a bunch of threads and links pointing to people having issues and not an actual guide.. If someone could simplify this or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated! Thx in advance!!
