50 message limit in SMS trash

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to change the 50 message limit for the trash folder in the sms application?

Advanced Config 3.3 allows you to change this. However, i'm unaware of the actual registry key involved.

Re: 50 message limit in SMS trash

hey thx. i completly forgot about the registry... a quick search and i found a key which im assuming is the currect one....
Code:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\SMSText\

DWORD : MaxDeletedMsgs
VALUE : 50 (Dec)
which i then changed to 65535 (which i believe is the limit for a 16bit unsigned integer...) now ill just wait and see when it gets past 50...

Re: 50 message limit in SMS trash

I was gonna do this but was thinking, when i deleted a message usually mean I dont want to read it anymore. A 50 msg limit in that box would keep the mem usage lower wouldnt it?
