PocketGBA won't install

I open the cab and then a split-second later it says Installation of Pocket_GBA....CAB was unsuccessful.

Any tips? I remember getting this to run on my Titan no problems...

I don't think you have to have a CAB. Just make a PocketGBA directory and unzip the attached.
