Sprint - WIFI turns on by itself when I use the phone.

I have a exchange server set up on my phone and whenever I use the phone my WIFI turns on by itself. MS data push is on as well as the data connection switch. The WIFI is off and should stay off while i use the phone.

I agree -- this has been happening more and more recently to me -- It's been happening when i've had my bluetooth with me, but decided to use just the phone . ..

weird - any answers?

Had a problem with the same thing - data connection kept turning on when I woke up phone.
when I add programs to phone, I do a sprite Backup afterward in case of problems. I write down what I did also..... the last time I did tweaks to phone I did not write them down (lol) and starting getting the above problem. I went and ran my last backup and now the problem is gone. Are you sure you have the auto update off on the weather app? Also, is your close button showing up on the TF3D screen? - when I had the problem I noticed it was missing - when I ran my backup files, it showed up again.....weird......

Fring was turning on my wifi without wanting it to, so I removed it. I haven't noticed that without the prog though.
