Anyone else has this problem?

Actually I am having this problem at the moment. Running JD's rom (not the latest). I don't know if its the rom or not? I doubt it. I'm doing a hard reset now, and when I get it to sync going to flash JD's newest release.

Re: active sync problems...

I had this same problem and just ended up never using ActiveSync. I have WinXP. If I turn off that checkbox sadmedic mentions and try reinstalling for a 4th time, who knows...

exactly what I did and works, hnfi what is in the advanced part but I bet it has clock sync choices that might stop my clock auto adjusting incorrectly?.

Re: active sync problems...

how do you install regular .exe files without using active sync? I tried to active sync with my PC but it doesn't work. I can only seem to install .cab files when I use the disk drive option and transfer them. I'm trying to install iburt's contact software

Re: active sync problems...

Another option: If your PC has bluetooth capabilities you could sync your TP wirelessly. If your PC doesn't have bluetooth capabilities, you can purchase a bluetooth USB adapter like this one http://us.kensington.com/html/9403.html\

I've been syncing wirelessly since my mogul because I was experiencing the same problem as you are now. I have yet to experince any of these problems while syncing wirelessly.
