Remote Touch Problems

Hey all, I wanted to see if anyone else has had problems with T2 Remote Touch.
I can't for the life of me get it working... I am new to remoting software, however, I've followed all the 'tutorials' online and even watched a video but still can't get it working. My phone (Touch Pro) just says 'Connection Failed' with my ip.
CAN ANYONE HELP?!?!?!

Re: Remote Touch Problems

Have you setup port forwarding on your computer to receive the incoming request? If not go to your router admin page (192.168.1.1 or whatever yours is) and setup port forwarding for port 3230 to go directly to the IP address of whichever computer your trying to control. So your IP for your network may be 66.66.192.258 but when you do IPCONFIG on your computer it says 192.168.1.2 so you put the 66.66.192.258 into Remote Touch, on your router admin under port forawarding put in port 3230 for IP 192.168.1.2.

Re: Remote Touch Problems

No haven't tried this yet, but I will... atempt to...
So I still need to change that setting in my router even if my PPC's connecting to EVDO? (Plan on using this far away from my house)
