Hard Reset before Exchange w/ Sprint

so i installed a few custom tweaks and did some registry edit, should i Hard Reset my phone before making an exchange w/Sprint?
My phone's accelerometer has been actin up and Opera closes on me when i rotate my screen, and my earpiece is kinda distorted when speaking w/ ppl.

Unless you get a TC that actually knows what they're doing, you won't need to worry about it. I'd hard reset it anyways though.

I would just to wipe all my personal data from the phone..

When U Take It To A Tech Or Store And See U Have 3rd Party Apps And Ur Having Issues With The Phone...they Will Always Blame It On The 3rd Party Apps 1st And Do A Hard Reset Anyways...so Its Up To U If U Wanna Do It Or Let Them Do It...if U Do It It Saves U Time While At The Store

Caps lock, my friend! It's a good idea NOT to use it!

And yea, I would hard reset before I take mine it. You never know how experienced your tech is. Don't forget to run a backup beforehand though.
