well i had a simlar problem but instead some a#@hole called talkin crazy about all those email cant be validated so i hung up the phone and sent a huge email about how dumb it is to email when its worthless. few hours later they called and gave me a deal of a lifetime! 60 bucks for the tp......

They said when they got them in they would send me a touch pro to replace my Mogul, I emailed thanking her for her help and asked if he knew an ETA and the cost difference, then I got this email saying they were wrong and he's sorry but blah blah blah.

It always depends on who youre dealing with. I always get different answers from Sprint everytime I call. Im sure it's the same via email. Just keep trying.

You have it in writing, right?
Call them and tell them you have email records of an offer, and you would like your Pro as agreed. If they say no, whip out this legal info: They are legally bound to the offer, as a revocation must be communicated before an acceptance is made.
