HOW CAN I CHAQNGE THE 3DFLO THEM??? i saw online amny different themes, but there is no option for it. and diamond config dosnt work...can someone plz help!!!!!

ok what am i doing wrong?
1. i got the tf3d cofig from thetouchblog.com (sprint version)
2. dl themes then moved to phone (after changing .zip to .theme)
3. run config, go to change theme, select path, select theme, click apply, let it do its thing, click finish, then reset.
4. after reboot theme has not changed.

i have been trying to figure this out for 2 days and i can't find anyone else with the same problem so i'm posting it here. any help would be nice, this is my first ppc and i love it just wish i could change the god awfull sprint theme.
running .net 3.5 on stock rom

this is where i got them from, i have IE and no firefox (much to my dismay) so i got them where i could.

some of the themes on this site dont work on the pro, ill walk you through theme change if you want.
