Turn Off SIP Autodeploy

Hey guys, I have been trying to get this to work on my TP but so far it has not been working. I have been trying to get that damn onscreen keyboard not to pop up whenever I click on a text field. I searched and saw people said to edit

HKLM/controlpanel/sip/turnoffautodeploy and set it to 1. My TP did not have that in there already so I mad a new dword and set it to 1. However no matter what I do the onscreen keyboard still pops up. Anyone have any ideas?
