How long to I have to decide?

So I finnaly broke down and called in to replace my Diamond for a Touch Pro. I just recived the Pro last night and activated it. After using it for a while its nice but it is a tank. So if I decide to switch back how long do I have till I send one back.

Sprint will charge you for the phone initially when you request an exchange. Once they get a tracking number and verify that the phone is in their warehouse, they will credit your account accordingly. If you do not send the phone back in, they will charge you full price for the phone on your next cell bill.

probably until your 30 days is up i would imagine...

after 30 days though, you will be charged and not able to exchange

you have till 30 days to exchange it again to go back to diamond. but i if i were u i would never go back to diamond. rather would stay with TP

Either 30 days from the first time you purchased and activated your DIAMOND or 30 days with your TPRO. I would ask if that is you intention.

Uhm, if you swapped your Diamond for TPro within the 30 days, you're technically stuck. The rules do state only 1 device replacement in the 30 day period, so they don't have to take the pro back.

I will trade my diamond for the pro.. I want the pro but have a brand new diamond that was replaced on the 11/03/08. PM me if interested.
