DOA Policy
Can somone confirm to me that alltels DOA policy for smartphones is 60 days. I called 2 days after my "30 day exchange" and they said they could send me a refurb. Its been 4 months now and i find out it was 60 days...im pissed.

I don't know what phone you're talking about, but I can guarantee it isn't the touch pro if it has been 4 months.

....um kinda concerns the touch pro cuase it would give me a good arughment to get one for free, but w/e ill post it in titan forums i guess.............

You didn't mention that in your post, but good luck. I doubt you'll get anything, especially it being 4 months later and all. Worth a try though, even though they don't have TP yet.
