Exclamation Should I?

Should I return my Touch Pro? I have hard reset it three times and there is still a lag when I am typing a text message and when I am changing orientation. I just got it today.

Re: Should I?

That is normal. This phone cannot be perfect. You will get use to it after awhile.

Re: Should I?

T9 causes the hardware Keyboard Lag. Turn it off.

Screen orientation lag is from TF3D, not the phone. If you go into Settings/TodayItems, and Uncheck TF3D, the screen rotates at a blistering speed.

I would say no, but it is your phone and your money. Why ask us?

Or...

Slide out the KB, press the Green key and the space bar for T9 settings...
