Re: TV-Out Blue Flicker and Cable Construction

search for the tcpmp recomp cab. it works on WM 6.1 but not any better than coreplayer. we need something to unlock the real potential of the phone, like an overclock program in order to really take advantage of TV-out, i tried to watch death race on tv out but needless to say the action scenes were too much for the phone to handle. streaming from orb with TV out plays really well but the video/ audio sync is off by 1-3 seconds so doesn't really fix anything...

Re: TV-Out Blue Flicker and Cable Construction

There is a thread inside the Touch Pro essentials I believe on constructing your own cables. If it's not there search should bring it up fairly quickly. I made mine Friday night and have been very pleased.

i was reffering to the TCPMP that another user was searching for. TV out (so far) is only available on the touch pro with the cable.

You should try Kinoma Play (free), great player for orb has a built in service that allows you to direct stream from the app without using the pie or opera, plus i get no blue flicker with tv-out , and i think the stream quality is better, something about dynamic speed adjustment. Highly recommend

As Formula84 suggested, it'd be good to make sure you have the latest version of Kinoma Play (Player > Check for Updates) and Orb (2.01.022 as I write this).

If you're still having a sync problem, I'd try watching the same content on another PC to see how it works there. If that works great, then I welcome you to contact our support folks.
