As
Formula84 suggested, it'd be good to make sure you have the latest version of Kinoma Play (
Player > Check for Updates) and
Orb (2.01.022 as I write this).
If you're still having a sync problem, I'd try watching the same content on another PC to see how it works there. If that works great, then I welcome you to
contact our support folks.
