HTC TOUCH PRO- 2 verizon

Hello all I am not the most computer savvy person in the world though I have been able, through the help of this forum to do quite a bit with the outstanding and clear steps provided by the users... My predicament is this I have a HTC touch pro, and I must unlock the phone, the issue is that verizon requires a data plan and I use my droid for this service. However on my basic line I would love to use my htc touch in place of a boring feature phone!!! Any assistance or quality firmware link, or OS link would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you all

Couldn't you just activate your Touch Pro, unlock it, then reactivate your Droid? I'm sorta confused on what your asking.

so you wanna use your droid for data side of your plan and your touch pro just for phone/text usage on the other half?

No I just want to unlock my htc touch pro so that i can activate it on another line completely separate and just have the phone and text use without the data charge of 30 every month.. bc i wont use it it for nething but call and text because I have to have to separate lines

and to the the first reply tht would be very easy and I could do tht no problem.. Only issue is tht once its activated I dont know how to unlock it???
