battery recommendations? bluetooth recommendations?

my battery is becoming more useless by the day. i am at the point that i am charging my phone several times a day. i guess i am in need of a new battery.

was hunting around and thinking about this one......
Seidio Innocell 1500mAh Extended Battery for Sprint Touch Pro $44.95

is this a good price? good battery?

while on the site, i was looking at the Mr Handsfree Blue Dongle II for Sprint Touch Pro

you can see from this thread.... that i am having difficulty getting my phone to connect to my home wireless router.

i would really like to user gremote. i figured that by using bluetooth, that would allow me to do that. is this dongle okay? any other recommendations?

am i on the right track? has anyone tried using gremote through bluetooth?

thanks!

Re: battery recommendations? bluetooth recommendations?

Before giving up on the battery, drain it completely, then charge it to full capacity with the phone switched off, repeat this a few times and see if the battery gets any better.

As for the replacement battery, I am no expert but I don't see any problem with it

The Wireless problems I have also, I think it is because the phone's wireless antennae is quite weak for some reason, and cannot receive a strong enough signal to remain connected, although this is *just* a theory.

You may want to rethink the Bluetooth dongle, as the one you have chosen is NOT compatible with Bluetooth 2.0, so you will not be able to get the maximum connection between your device and the computer.

Hope this helped.

Re: battery recommendations? bluetooth recommendations?

do you have any recommendations for one that is 2.0 compatible? i responded regarding the wifi on your other post.

i have drained it and recharged it as you have suggested several times. no luck.

thanks

Re: battery recommendations? bluetooth recommendations?

not too sure about the bluetooth questions but i may have some insight for you on the battery.

your looking at the sedio 1500mah battery. our stock is 1350mah i believe. not a huge jump but it is some. i got my g/f the 1500mah for her diamond. she didn't notice a difference.

sometimes it's the rom, not the battery that has the issue.

I will simply say, don't waste the money on that battery, if size is no matter just buy a mugen extended 3000+ mAh one.
