how do i install juicy's R3? I understand how to flash other roms but this isnt an .exe or a .rar file. its a .7z Please help Thanks soooo much

Use WinRAR or 7zip to extract it

Try Winrar as suggested above to unzip(extract) the files, then you should see the usual setup files.
