Marketplace issue

Anyone else having the issue of Marketplace putting the phone into 1x instead of 3G?

Nope... Not on my Sprint phone.
But there is another thread about Verizon and 1X you may want to check out.

Yeah I've seen that thread but as soon as I leave Marketplace it goes back to 3G so not sure if it's the same issue.

That's just strange. I just tried it again on my end and I stay in EVDO.
