how to app and java platform?

can I install an alternative Java platform to replace Sprint Titan Manager, It seems to hog a lot of memory. Question number 2, how can I remove Sprint Titan app from my HTC Touch Pro 2 or any apps in general. Sorry for the simple questions but as you can see, I am fairly new to Windows Mobile.
