Bunch of White annoying Dots in my screen

what are they? are they dead pixels? is there a solution? help me people theyre driving me insane!..theyre tiny but they seem to always attract the attention of my eyes

They are little balls that separate the layers of a resistive screen. It is not a defect.

they could be dead/stuck/bright pixels. are there some bigger than others???? change colors at diff angles?? or are they perfectly aligned in rows and columbs and ya can realy only see when the screens off????? if so thats the screen seperation patern.....
