would anyone care to explain the difference inbetween the manila options we will have soon???

i dont have my tp2 yet, but a few days

if im not mistaken it comes with 2.1 like we recently got on our tp1s. what is the difference between 2.5 and htc sence from the leo package that i saw on td/tp???
