Physical Keyboard Issues

Has anyone else had a problem with the qwerty slide-out keyboard not responding sometimes requiring a soft-reset to get working again?

It has happened to me 3 different times now and it is really getting old.

Re: Physical Keyboard Issues

Nope, but my "," key is like permanently depressed and doesnt make that "click" when you press it, although it registers 80% of the time, its very annoying... other than that my Pro2 is perfect, so I dont want to exchange it...

my 'A' button was like that on my Titan (XV6800).

My 'FN' key on all my TP1's would often not press, so instead of typing "that's" I would always see "thatqs". Very annoying.

But I'm disappointed to see the DEL key removed (it's only backspace now). I tried using that key mapper prog, but it didn't work.

Yeah its quite annoying, although I rarely use the apostrophe... Usually I jsut throw a series of periods out as a brief pause... not quite grammatically correct, but its a text message, when is it ever correct??? I might try to exchange it If I can see one in the store that runs perfectly and has no issues with they keys, but I would hate to have to install ALL these damned tweaks and programs again... quite time consuming..

Re: Physical Keyboard Issues

Found out the issue myself. It was the S2U2 "Slide2Unlock" program that was the culprit. I uninstalled it and it has worked flawless since! I gave the program to a buddy and he started experiencing the problem as well. It doesn't happen right away, it may take hours, but it DID happen to us both. Uninstalling it solved the problem for both of us.

Beware if you use Slide2Unlock also called S2U2
