What is the best resolution you have found for downloading movies (video content) and playing them on ur device? Whether it be through WMP, TCMP, DIVX, etc...

Whats the best quality you've found and at what resolution?

I need to figure out what type of movies to be downloading for the best quality to maximize use of the video drivers on this thing! (tv shows as well)
