SPB Backup problems?

Sprint TP2... when I try to back up using the current SPB Backup, it always gives me an error. Sprite handles the TP2 just fine, but SPB Backup always had a problem with access to one directory.

Is anyone else having a problem with SPB?

Me too, I was using an older version and it locked up.

Re: SPB Backup problems?

Actually, it is 2.0.2 Build 3255. I upgraded when I went from my Mogul to the TP2 (Mogul was 2.0.1)

Even though I have plenty of room on my SD car, it is complaining about space for putting the save file there. Here's a typical log:

2009-09-19 16:41:09 Backup process started...
2009-09-19 16:41:09 Backup file name: "\Storage Card\Backup_20090919.exe"
2009-09-19 16:44:27 Unable to read from file "\Windows\H264DV~1.002".
2009-09-19 16:46:44 Unable to write data to stream. Possibly the storage is full.
2009-09-19 16:46:56 Corrupted backup file was deleted.
2009-09-19 16:46:56 Total storing time: 5:42.420

I have about 1.8 gigs free on the DC card.

Re: SPB Backup problems?

I had a similar problem with SPB Backup saying it didn't have enough room. I went into the settings and noticed that I had it set to backup the memory card along with everything else. Try unchecking the memory card and see if that solves your problem. Not much point that I can see in backing up your memory card to your memory card. The memory card does not get wiped when you do a hard reset.
