What's the max video resolution the TP2 can handle?

Including bit rate and everything, what's max video resolution, presuming I rip a DVD, that the TP2 can handle that you have actually tested?

I was planning on using WMM to convert the DVD for PPC...

Re: What's the max video resolution the TP2 can handle?

I watch some 480P 16:9 tv show episodes on my TP2 using Coreplayer and it runs smoothly.

480P : 720x480

What bit rate is that? Like 1200?

Yes. I scanned few episodes with GSpot and the videos are between 1100 and 1200 kbps.

Xvid encoded videos btw

Re: What's the max video resolution the TP2 can handle?

I don't think the resolution matters so much as the format/encoder used.

For example, with coreplayer, my TP2 will play 480P Xvid videos fine, but stutters when the H264 encoder is used.
