Re: Blackberry Connect
Our company only supports remote email access via VPN or blackberry devices. And i refuse to carry a blackberry since i cannot do everything i can with my WinMo device.
Even though we use exchange for internal use we do not allow exchange to be available from outside. So i am really hard pressed to get this working instead of carrying two devices. With 30,000 employees, I am sure the security folks will ignore one person's request to provide external access. And i am part of the IT department, just not part of the security dept. I think the scenario above applies to many of us here. I looked at the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...74#post4150074 from xda. But the procudure did not work for me. That seem to work for GSM Touch Pro 2. I wonder if the model id is different for ours and hence not working for me. |
