but they say after 8-12 weeks they will have a update for 6.5 which i think its crazy i need to wait about 3 months just to et 6.5

The only thing im worried about is getting the new TellMe Voice Command

Of course we can get the ROMS but i hope someone can port that in it

heck the rom dumps from the tmo and others have elucidated a 6.1 on release

I'm fine with it starting on 6.1...6.5 still has little quirks that really annoy me, and always end up pushing me back to 6.1
