pop up notification on sms received

Hi all -

I am a new TP2 owner, coming from a Mogul. One thing I am noticing that I miss is that on the Mogul, when I got an SMS, the message would pop up on the today screen. I could then hit "dismiss" or "reply". On my TP2, when the SMS comes in, the soft key changes to "notification". When I press it, I then get the pop-up bubble on the today screen where I can press "reply" or "dismiss". Is there a tweak that will make it pop-up the actual received message on the today screen like the Mogul did?

start>settings>menu>all settings>sounds and notifications>notifications
then under the event drop down menu , select new text message , then you should see a spot to put a check mark , called a radio button , which says "display message on screen" tick that check mark box .
