Re: Phone is acting like a piece of #$*!
You can take it into the Sprint store... If you have insurance on it... They will most likely order you a refurbished one.. The same model or they will give you some options to choose from.
If you do not have insurance on it... You are pretty much stuck with a "piece of #$*! phone" my friend. p. |

Re: Phone is acting like a piece of #$*!
no no no... im suprised people havent figured this out yet..
you DONT need insurance.... crack the screen.. sprint will fix it for 35 bucks... if they dont have the part to do it right then, guess what, they order you a refurb or NIB.. repeat as needed lol edit - and if your not upgrade eligible or with a few months of upgrade, Sprint isnt going to give you a deal on a new device yet..

Re: Phone is acting like a piece of #$*!
...well maybe a Moment, Hero, or Intercept lol
youd have to change your plan if your not on an "everything plan" anyways to get Android.... AND just so you know OP, if your not activating the same model device, have fun with the new $10 smartphone charge as well |

fraud is being deceitful, misleading, etc... the screen would literally be broke, hence no fraud.. is it a bit shady, a scam, a hustle, a bit unethical.. sure.. but its certainly not fraud.... but turning in a broken screen is no more fradulent(as you call it) than say "trying to stealth tether"... everyone has their own idea of ethics... Yours dont have to be mine, and Mine dont have to be yours... |

Re: Phone is acting like a piece of #$*!
Obviously.
Loren... When your car starts acting up... You should follow bored's philosophy and just drive it off a cliff... It'll be crashed and you'll get your loan paid off and or money to buy a new car from the insurance money (minus the deductible of course... So a few months before you decide to do this... You should lower your deductible so you get a higher reimbursement... I'm sure that's not fraud either. Oh... Wait... I forgot to mention... You should just walk away from the wreck and report it stolen... That way you get no points on your driving record. p. Last edited by AZTECHKA; 02-08-2011 at 08:17 PM. |

Re: Phone is acting like a piece of #$*!
car insurance differs from phone insurance as car insurance PAYS you for your loss... If you drove it off a cliff, the car would be listed totalled by Insurance company, and youd get a check..
with a phone, you get a replacment, plain and simple.... like i said: it may be shady, but its not fraud |
