broke screen

Dropped it and it has a broken lcd and digitiser. Will an at&t screen fit a sprint phone? (no warranty)
Any ideas where I should get a new screen?
And, what is the best cheapest case/protector once i fix it?

I'm using my old mogul temorarily and forgot how much I miss the buttons. Are there any phones like the tp2 that have at least a few more buttons? I'm thinking for the future.

Re: broke screen

too bad you didnt have insurance... look at my sig, theres no deductable anymore for physical damage

EDIT

and actually even without insurance, Sprint will repair you for $35 bucks... small fee not to have to do the repair yourself

Re: broke screen

why do people keep buying smartphones without insurance? thats not very smart, plus all one would do with the extra $7 anyway is spend it at mcd's or what not.

Re: broke screen

That's what I say... But some peeps have very specific budgets and 7 bucks will throw them off a bit. I know from personal experience.
But what happens when you have dammage is bad.
My wife's Nintendo DS jsust suffered a top screen breakage... I was too cheap to spend the extra 7 bucks for the no questions asked insurance at Best Buy when I got it... Bad mistake.

AT&T screen would probably fit.
After searching I found this:
OEM HTC Sprint Touch Pro2 LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly

I hear boxwave makes a good case.
Good Luck
