i just tell whoever to go view my QIK page and move the IM box next to it.. then we can IM and they stay in constant view of me at the same time.... obviously on my end, everything is normal as far as theyre would would be considered... at home(you), just run qik and hit start, thats all..

There's also WebCamera Plus, but it costs money.
