help help! HTC touch Pro to direct overnight over the air update

help I have an HTC touch Pro two that was plug-in charging overnight all it is doing now is reboot looping i makes it to the sprint animation then shuts off for a few minutes then does it again

any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

hard reset and see what happens or pull battery for 5min first.

ok it came up and the battery never charged last night kind of wierd

if its just a TP then IIRC mine had a few problems charging before it died...
