is there a way to backup call history & speedial without PIMBACKUP?

so i use exchange and myphone to backup and restore my important stuff, everything else is handled by xml or reg but the only 2 items left that i cant seem to find how to backup are the speed dials and call history (last 300), i still have to use the old school pimbackup for these and when i flash this is one of the only UC items i have to interact with to restore, i'd like to streamline it like the xmls and other stuff...

Re: is there a way to backup call history & speedial without PIMBACKUP?

the file pim.vol in the root of the device backs up contacts and call history for sure, you can write a script to automatically copy it from your storage card to root. I assume it would back up speed dials but i don't use them so i don't know for sure. Hopefully someone else can let you know about the speed dials.

sorry i could only solve 50% of your problem.
