Question RAM on 6.5

Just wondering...how much RAM should my 6.5 TP2 have, on average?

On 6.1 the mid-90mb was the highest on a fresh reboot; while 6.5 is only about 70mb on a fresh reboot (it'll be down to 60mb within a few minutes before any use!). Just need to know if that's standard.

FYI, I use CleanRAM, Level 3, multiple times throughout the day, and it usually cleans 16-20mb.

Re: RAM on 6.5

That sounds about right for stock before you start running anything.

if you dont use Voice Command often I'd recommend disabling it. It used a decent chunk of memory if i remember correctly.

my phone has been running for about 24 hours and i have 65mb free.

go to Settings Tab, Menu, All Settings, Personal, Voice Command and uncheck the box.

the other thing you should do is use go into your /Windows/Startup folder and delete the shortcut to Voice Command (I also deleted the Lock one since I dont use lockscreen).

that way it is disabled and doesnt load at boot.

So LockDevice.lnk isn't necessary in the startup if you don't use the lockscreen? I don't either at all...so I might take this out as well. Thanks!
