Turn off predictive text in htc messaging
I've turned off word completion (ABC and T9) in the input settings and it is still there. Running Mightyrom latest build. Thanks

you can turn it on/off from the onscreen keyboard as well. turning it off in the settings just means it is off my default, but if u tap the button to the left of the z button by mistake you will still turn it on. so make sure that the button has 'ABC' highlighted and not 'XT9'
