Help with Updating Rom

Current running mightyROM but would like to update to the newest version.

Problem is I have over 70 cabs/apps installed and would like to make the process easier. I remember coming across an app that automatically reinstalls everything for you. Anyone have this or have a work around so I don't have to reinstall everything manually?

Thanks,
