Will not vibrate for calls, texts

My phone stopped vibrating when I receive calls or texts in vibrate mode.

If in normal mode - I get my normal ring or notification sound for calls/texts
If in vibrate - I get the call or text just fine; it shows up on the screen but the phone does not vibrate.
I never use automatic mode

I know the vibrate function still works because if I soft reset I get the little test vibrate.

The only programs I have installed are:
-Epocrates
-Evernote
-the cab that shuts off the notification light
-the cab that lets you mark all messages as read
-Opera Mini

Uninstall those message related cabs and see if it comes back.

Try going into start menu, then into settings, then into sounds and notifications. From there make sure that you are set to vibrate and ring for each of the options that you want the phone to vibrate for!

If its set on vibrate the vibrate box doesnt have to be checked.
