Question Help! HardSPL on TP2 replaced by insurance.

Help! HardSPL on TP2 replaced by insurance.
My Sprint TP2 was replaced under insurance through Assurion, the spl version on it is spl-0.72.0000. The SIM is security unlocked, I have tried everything i know to try in order to get hardspl on the phone. Ultimately either the phone just reboots instead of going into sspl , or i get to the upload screen at 0% until timeout. Can you please assist ? any idea's ? The phone i had replaced, i had hard spl 1.00 olinex something like that .. and was able to update my rom.

I appreciate any help you can provide in advance, Thank You

Follow this link to get the correct unlocker for your phone. Make sure you use the correct one or you will probably brick your phone.

I remember reading, that if you had to have your tp2 replaced you would need to request a new unlocker from the same place you got the first unlocker. i belive each unlocker is made for each phone using the IMEI number. you might get it free or you might have to pay for it again

Yes I have used the proper hardspl and the most current , thank you. no success.

As far as hardspl license goes , I have used a few different computers just to make sure , same results, no success. im not receiving a license message error either . thank you
