Could we have some more info? Did you just get the phone? Is the connection issue related to getting online? Does it give you an error code? Has it ever worked before?
If your phone is new, you might just have to hard-reset to get everything working again.

I have a similar problem, and I dont know if I should create a new thread. Maybe both of us can benifit.

that didnt work, was using the wrong M.IP profile, and had some mistakes there.
Still cannot update profile, but the problem is fixed. Thanks.
