Palm OS

i know everyone is interested in Android...but i was wondering if it was possible for someone to attempt to make the Palm OS work on our phones...i really liked it when i had my Palm Pre but i didnt like the lack of customization in the phone itself.
TIA

Re: Palm OS

Palm OS itself wouldn't run/install on a windows mobile device...Not that I know of at least. I believe there is a palm os emulator for windows mobile but I forget the name.

I believe the reason why there is android development on these devices is because the current hardware used on the Android devices by HTC is similar to the ones that they use on WinMo devices.

Re: Palm OS

if you mean the classic PalmOS then that can be emulated using StyleTap. But, if you're talking about WebOS then i don't think there is any development for that OS for a specific reason

1.) WebOS isn't open source
2.) Android is on a lot of HTC hardware which leads to available drivers WebOS isn't on any HTC hardware.
