Phone NOT booting pass Touch Pro 2 turn on Screen.

Hey guys. I did a soft reset this morning and it will not boot pass the touch pro 2 start up screen. I can't even get to re-flashing the rom. I am on the latest mighty rom. How do you do a hard reset?

To perform a hard reset
With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN, TALK/SEND, and END/POWER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
Wiping user data....

Release the VOLUME DOWN, TALK/SEND, and END/POWER buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to restore the operating system to the factory default configuration,
press the VOLUME DOWN button to restore the factory default configuration and remove any operator
customization, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
