Program To Edit Today Screen Colors.

I Came across this ROM and wanted to know if there was something out there that would allow me to Edit certain things (Color) on my today screen.

Example - RED EXCLAMATION on the Call History

I am running Stock 6.5 Rom

i remember there is UITweaker but i dont think this will work for Sense ?
