Try my reg file HERE.
It was made for 16 links, but it should remove the text from 9, just as well.
Just import the reg file.

So I basically just commit that to the registry once I'm done setting up my links right?

Yes, or you navigate to the location via a reg editor and delete the name for each quick link.
