HELP! songs end 5-10 seconds early

Why do the media players cut off the last 5-10 seconds of each track of a MP3

I am listening to audio books and when it cuts off the last 10 seconds of a chapter, I miss quite a bit of information.

Anyone?

I want to force the player to play the entire MP3

funnything is theres a cab to fix this, lemme see if i can find it. i dont have the issue either but saw it in a rom thread
paperclip.
seems mighty archived his paperclip, cant find it but op check paperclip on other chefs roms, mightbe in theres.

Ive had this happen a few times while streaming and i knew that i had the whole track

Seems that I remember somebody else having the same problem awhile back. I think that he sync'd his music thru Windows Media Player and that took care of the problem for him.
