Touch pro 2 out of stock????

i called sprint multiple exchange department, bacause my sister's touch pro its too old.. and its crap lol, the guy told me that i could choose from different phones.. but my sister wants the touch pro 2 so i told the representative then came back and said that the touch pro 2 was out of stock. anybody called lately?

A complete guess here, but I remember Sprint doing something similar for the Mogul when Sprint was transitioning from Window Mobile 6 to 6.1 (they temporarily removed the Mogul from sale and re-released with 6.1 already running on the device). I assume Sprint is doing something similar for the Touch Pro 2.

I can tell you in a min because I think I might be getting my TP2 replaced because of issues with the gps.

might be right because i just called on friday... and as of today at 9:20 central time.. they are back on stock they are replacing my sister's touch pro for the touch pro 2

do some research bro, go to sprint users, fat wallet and see how people got theyre tp replaced with tp2 its easy for some and hard for other (lilke me) but it eventually was done. your basically upgrading to sprint current most expensive phone for free, of course theyre going to tell you they dont have any.

what are you talking about??? allready got two touch pros replaced with touch pro 2 for free.. i sure dont need your advice .. your are clearly not understanding what my question was.. damn.. can u read before you post next time??

I doubt it. I was able to "order" one through a co-worker that works at Sprint this past Wednesday, they sent me a TP2 2 days later.
