Save image when embedded in e-mail

I have an e-mail that has an image embedded in it (not sent as an attachment), and I can't seem to save it. Is there any way to do this?

i would like to know too ive never been able to grab them if they were embedded ive tried fwd and everything. lol i bet its a good pic hahahaa j/k man.

should be able to press and hold your finger or stylus on it and have the option to save it.
