Cannot Access Email Accounts via Menu or Settings

For some reason, when trying to access my email accounts to change configurations, it defaults to All Messages of SMS/MMS. This occurs when I use the Menu item while on email or via the settings application.

Very strange. I have tried soft reset and nothing.

I am on a stock ROM. Only thing I had was PocketShield and I uninstalled that.

Any help is much appreciated.

on a custom rom this happens to me what I hae to do is in sense go to mail accounts and see if it will let you delete it via sense not using the standard outlook program. Usually have to do delete then add from inside out look and works.

I cannot access Mail Accounts, thats the problem..I am trying to access the accounts via the menu, or settings and it goes to SMS/MMS inbox all messages. It does NOT provide a list of the accounts.

but did u try and access them via sense not outlook? go to mail via sense then hit menu then all settings thats how I fond mine when it did that if that dont work ur only choice is to factory default it
