Signal strength issue

Have recently updated to the mighty rom and my signal strength is lower than stock. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will thank you for your help.

Re: Signal strength issue

If you are judging your signal by the number of bars you have, that is a very inaccurate measurement. There may be some one here that can point you in the right direction for an app that might help....just don't depend on the bars on your phone to give you an accurate reading.

Re: Signal strength issue

signal seems to go from full bars to nothing and it is also reflected in my communication. i do think the radio might be the problem but don't really know others to try. again i am in US/FL and have Sprint service.

Re: Signal strength issue

Update your PRL. It sounds like your phone is between two towers and is having a tough time locking on.
