My TP2 does not have the option to send mms, please help!!!

hello good day, I buy a Touch Pro 2 CDMA/GSM(RhodiumW) my phone does not have the option to send MMS (multimedia messages) I can only send sms (text messages) How can I add the option to send mms? I hope your help, thank you very much...

Note:
in the Screen Start > Messaging only says:

Code:

SMS
Configure email account

and when I select a photo from my gallery and give it to send the display shows:

Code:

SMS (SMS appears disabled in gray, and is not used to send pictures, use the mms)
Configure email account
